How do you make the hardest bench press variation harder... thats right you add a tension stimulus to it. I am not sure what I dislike more, clusters or rest pauses, as of right now going to lean towards the rest pause as I get fatigued way faster in my opinion. Got a great pump in my chest from today which has been a struggle for me the last 6 weeks so there is definitely progress being made in my ability to isolate muscle.

Day 2 - Chest/Shoulders (Wednesday)

DB Bench – 3x8-10: 80-85-90

BB Incline press – 4x6+4+2 (kinda like a cluster… so find a weight were you can do 6 reps without grinding too much. Rack it, count to 15 and do 4 more. Rack it, count to 15 and do 2 more.) 215-225-225-225

Banded chest press – 4x12: blue

DB Laterals – 4x12, take these up to above your head: 20



Rear delt destroyer – 2 sets: 50-25-12

Mag pulldowns – 3x15: 130
