Well, this variation caught me off guard for sure. Not only was my shoulder bothering me but, this felt so heavy I think it was playing mental games with me! I was so conscious about my shoulder and it feeling uncomfortable, to the point I had thoughts of a labrum tear, that everything just felt like hell. I was able to complete the sets and reps but I had nothing but fear in my head from the weight today. Was glad when main movement and secondary movement were finished.
