Low back was pretty beat up and I'm fighting a solid cold after a few nights with less than six hours of sleep. Long story short just trying to be smart and recover rather than push it and make this sickness drag out.

90/90, tailbone tucked and hamstrings on
Right side lying, foam roller between feet, anchor left hip and left oblique
Left side lying, foam roller under both feet, reach right leg forward, fire hydrant
Left leg elevated, tuck tailbone, fire hydrant
