Another good workout at The Strength Lab. I won't be competing again until September, so in the mean time I am really going hammer my hamstrings and posterior chain throughout the week in an effort to build up my squat.

I was happy with the way the deadlifts moved. I am working on getting rid of the grip and rip style and actually setting up in my deadlift. Pulling equipped in the last meet really forced me to change my set up and I am going to try to keep it for my raw deadlift.
