Summer is upon us and like usual, my training intensifies and I can spend more time in the gym. I have my plate full with business goals and things to accomplish on that end. Mattie has restructured my training a bit and there is not officially an "event" day at this point. I am in the early stages of my prep for Pro Women's Worlds in late October and am still eagerly awaiting the events to be listed so I can develop a more thorough plan.

Stir The Pot 3x8 Deficit DL - AKA My #2 Weakness

My DL from the ground is TERRIBLE, give me 2" or more and it's a huge strength. I guess it's time to improve the bottom of the lift. I'd rather stick pins in my eye and this took forever to get through due to mental weakness.
