Ramping up the power continues. Duffalo bench to fatigue myself for later in the week, and to work on weaknesses I've already established. By doing this I will accumulate a high level of fatigue, while actualizing the strength I've worked so hard for. Once I pull the fatigue back I will speed ahead of my former levels of strength at my last competition in Novemebr, hopefully doing some amazing things on Apr 15
