For this week if my bench felt to par during warm ups, I wanted to hit around a second attempt with a pause to get a feel for the weight. Then just hit some light accessories and call it a day. For deadlift I just want to hit my last warm up and hit some small hamstring accessories and abs. Meet day is quickly approaching and I'm looking forward to the challenge on the platform.
