Today was a road trip day to see Dr. Ken Kinakin. My left arm, neck and upper back were pretty messed up from my last heavy pull session. I still find it amazing that Dr. Ken can fix me the way he does. I have some tendonitis in my left elbow that is really bothering me. My left arm is my underhand grip for deadlifting and it takes the brunt of the weight. I can tell you my body is in desperate need of a break soon. I have one more Deadlift session before the Arnold’s but it will be light and just getting in my grove with the suit.

Tonight I wanted to see how my arm and back felt and I worked a bit on my glutes.

I really need to focus on squeezing my glutes when I get that heavier weight up past my knees. I do not want to get red lighted for a hitch or ramp. That will be the only thing going through my mind when I pull. “SQUEEZE YOUR DAMN GLUTES”
