Today was a day to overload the triceps to translate over to my shirted bench. I actually really liked the close grip work I did with the Metal Catapult as a secondary movement. Got some solid work in today and I'm curious to see what I'll be able to do in a shirt during my meet August 6th at Old School Iron Gym in Cleveland.

B. Close Grip w/ Metal Catapult Against Mini Bands (I also did these off of a bench pad that was about 2 inches thick. Didn't have a shoulder saver on hand to use.)

E. DB Hammer Curls w/ Fat Grips 3x10
