Super happy tonight with my bench training, I wasn't getting my shoulders and back tight. I'm not sure of my hesitation but I finally figured it out and had a big gain tonight. Thanks to Ken and Scott for the help. I have only benched 115 post shoulder surgery, tonight I did 3 reps at 125, and a single at 135. I did not want to push it but am happy with my progress. I need to practice my technique and my set up more. building confidence, one bench at a time.

Good session tonight, 9.5 weeks out from the RPS Nationals where I will take the platform again, 1 year since my last competition and only 8 months post shoulder surgery.

I am relentless, I am determined, I am strongher.
