Last week my training crew at The Strength Lab and I worked up to a 3rm on incline bench, this week to a 2 RM. We pretty much never incline barbell bench and I'm decent ad DB incline so I don't know why I suck so bad with a bar, but at least everyone else does too.
Warmup up: 100 facepulls, 100 band pull aparts (50 palms up, 50 palms downs)
Incline Press: barx10 135x2x10 185x5 225x3 255x2 285x2
I have a pretty decent lockout on a regular bench, but apparently not so on the incline....
Flat bench Close Grip: 225x15 275x10 315x5
EZ Bar Skull Crushers:4x20 superset Seated Cable rows: 4x30
Cable Face Pull 3x20 superset Neutral Grip pullup 3x10
All and all I felt pretty good today, minus the sucking at incline bench. I am looking forward to this 3 week wave being over next week!
