First time pulling straight weight from the floor in quite some time. Felt good to see all the lockout and hamstring work I've been doing has been paying off. My lockout has been shit for the past year and a half. I used to only be able to do six proper GHRs in one set. Now I'm repping them for sets of 12-15 and my good mornings have been shooting through the roof. Maybe I'll finally get my first deadlift PR in two years on August 6th.
