I needed to down shift a little being three weeks out from the O. I have one more heavy day left next weekend which will consist of my opener, possibly my second attempt. I wanted to get some reps in with moderate weight to work on my form. I also wanted to add instability because I know the stage at the O will move so I hung 90lbs of chain free swinging.
