My training cycle for my next meet does not start for another three weeks or so but I wanted to see where I stood as of right now, give me something to gauge my training around. Also I haven't walkout out anything over six plates in about 5 years. I need to relearn how to walk out squats. The squat itself felt very easy. My best squat single ply is 900lbs but that wasn't walked out.
