The way I do my training log...FYI...while I'm training I write everything down on the notes app then email it to myself. So most of the notes in here I write during training. That way I know I won't forgot what felt good, what felt like shit, and what I need to tell Dani, Dave, Steve, my mom, WHOEVER.

Breathing warm ups/glute activation

Left side maybe 50% glute activation, but getting better

I wasn't supposed to squat today, but after Thursday's garbage sets at 145 I said to myself, "No Casey. You woke up and struggled to put your socks on just like every other skinny-fat powerlifter, and you sir are going to squat because you earned it. Good job buddy." They actually went really well.
Pause Front squats
Bar X 5
145x5
195x5
245x5x5

Block pulls
135x5x2 sets
185x5
225x5x3 sets
135x30sec perfect technique
