Leg press 3x15 Leg extensions 4x10

Day 3 Paused Wide Grip Bench

Work up to 165x3x3sets
Band pull aparts 3x25
Rotator cuff cleans 3x15

Day 4 Paused Wide Grip Bench

This was a pretty awesome day, I had a few friends stop by and we all had fun between bench sets.

Work up to 155x3x5sets Band pull aparts 3x25 Rotator cuff cleans 3x15

Day 5 Main Deadlift

135x5 185x5 225x3 265x2 300x1 325x3x2 275x5-8 Sumo 225x5 235x5 255x5
