In PT today we added more cable movements including pull throughs, pull across, pull over and curls. We also busted out the pink 1 pound dumbbells for lying tricep extensions!

I'm pretty sure this will be 10 weeks post surgery and while I haven't done much it feels like the all I need to do at this point is to slowly work on strengthening my tricep. My therapist is shifting things that way nicely.
