October 1 - Squat / DL
Single Leg KB Deadlift w/ Monster Mini around Waist 70-something x 10 x 5, threw the band on there for more flute activation. Really liked these for challenging my balance as well.
2" Block Sumo Deadlifts 8x1 @ 525, cut rest periods down to 45 seconds. Felt nice and smooth. Played around a little with my set-up here as well - tried to get set and get my hips down a little quicker at the start. It seemed to pay off with faster pulls off the floor.
Cambered Bar Squats 4x2 @ 565, these felt great. Finally adjusting to the awkward descent of the cambered bar.
KB Sprinter Squats 88 x 10 per leg 94 x 10 per leg x 3
GHR's BW x 20 1 chain around neck x 12 x 2 2 chains around neck x 10 2 chains around neck x 8
Ab Wheel vs Mini Band Resistance 4x8, these were a biiiig step up from the micro bands I typically use here.
