BenchBlokz are a portable and versatile tool for improving bench press performance. They allow lifters to customize the sticking point of the barbell above their chest, ranging from 0.75" to 7.5". They can be used for injury rehabilitation, form improvement through half reps, and reducing shoulder rotation while keeping tension in the pecs and triceps during bench pressing. Each Blok weighs less than 1 pound, making them easy to carry in a gym bag. These all-in-one units are compatible with most standard barbells and offer a durable and dependable option for lifters of any size and skill level.
