Also, still recovering from the minor outter quad tear so the cardio is helping on this Wednesday 3/31 Reverse Hypers 4x15 Ab dumbell obliques 6x8 Very light leg press 5x25 Pull throughs 4x12 BW squats 4x15 Friday 4/1 Back- Rope pulls, oil pumpers with dumbells, two pulldowns 6x8 Abs 8x8 Suspension strap rope tricep extensions using BW 5xwhatever I could get Saturday 4/2 Reverse hypers 3x12 Hack squats 5x12 with stretch and pause at bottom Machine squat with light bands 4x12 Went to Highland Games to watch Dale compete for first time Monday 4/4 Rear delt pec delt 8x10 Pit shark one arm rope rows 6x10 per arm Dumbell press 5x25 Neutral grip pushups 6x25 SHoulder rok 5x8 per side No bleeding out from the minor quad tear. Alittle tight around the area. Will break out the xwife and roll it some and continue to work it lighter then usual...ha SPud
