Bench: 4 RM from the spotting straps that give you a 1" clearance from your chest

Selectorize Incline Chest Press: 2 sets of 4 super slow reps followed by 2 sets of 40 reps with the same weight any way you can get them. Clarify* Do one super slow set; rest; do the 40 rep set. Repeat one more time, 4 reps followed by the 40

Incline Cable Fly: 2 sets of 4 reps super slow on sets 1 and 3. 2 sets of 40 reps any way you can on sets 2 and 4

Tricep Pushdown: 2 sets of 4 reps super slow on sets 1 and 3. 2 sets of 40 reps any way you can on sets 2 and 4

Dips: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

Shrugs: 5x10
