I need to write these things down as they unfold. SSB Low Box Squat: Work up to a HEAVY three reps Rep Squat: 5x12x160 GHR: 3x8 1x20 45 degree Back Extension: 100 reps Sprints: 10x50 yards. Unbeknown to me, these photos were taken of my son and I while we trained this morning.
