- loop a mini or monster mini band on your thumbs - our the band around your back n grab your dumbells - do a JM Press - break at the elbows and take your forearms toward your bicep or lower the head of the SB toward your front delt - when you feel the Db hits your shoulder press the db back up - try not to let the elbows flare too much
