I'm not sure, but I think it's more common than not, for people to make a game or competition of just about anything. At least I know that's how I play Life. I make a game out of just about everything when I can. From competing with my "crew" during out training sessions (with in reason) To even when a person tells me they "love me". Example: My wife: "I love you." Me: I love you more...but as you know I'm just competitive in that way..hahahaha Why is this my topic today? On my commute to the gym and back home I see a variety of people. If by chance someone is out riding their bike in the same direction, we have now entered the "Tour de France" and I am going to kick that person's ass...NO MATTER WHAT! As I'm riding home from the gym today, this fast mover was almost effortlessly speeding away as I got up out of the saddle and pumped my already weary legs to catch them. 1 mile...no gap closer 2 mile...they must be getting tired they're slowing a wee bit 3rd mile...I get within 50 yards. 3.5 mile...I notice they have an electric assisted bike to commute with 4.0 mile...My lungs were exploding but I passed them. FUCK ME, but I won! Yea, everything is fun and games until you have to give it a name!   Today's Training: Bike: 20 mins Reverse Hyper: 2x25x270 Ab Wheel: 2x30 3 Hole Pin Pull: Work up to a heavy four reps GHR:3x10x mini band Calf Raise: 100 reps Prowler: 10x40 yards Bike: 20 minutes
