So...I know that I trained yesterday (Friday) but Sunday I'm supposed to be with my wife while she Baptizes a child and then we are supposed to attend a wedding for a friend Sunday night. So I had a choice...either train Freaking Saturday or not at all this weekend. Guess what I did? Box Squat Onyx Heavy Bands 426 x 1 516 x 1, felt rough, bar was moving...stuff hurt Box Squat, OBB Handles Onyx Heavy Bands 426 x 2 516 x 1 Bench Press 195 x 5 + 70 chain x 3 + 55 chain x 3 + 55 chain (180 total) x 3, PR Add Reactive SlingShot x 3 Deadlift 315 x 3 x 3 Then went out and loaded my smallest stone...bicep sure is "pretty" You can see where it is not attached at the shoulder on the right side.
