This can only be done on a back extension with long thigh pads, yes, like the pro model from @elitefts ! The key to these is the slow tempo. Keep your chin down and do your best to stay out of lumbar extension. You also need to keep your feet straight. This will light up the lower portion of your hammies down by your knee into your calf like nothing else. - 3-4 x fail
