I shot this video about a month ago for a client that was in horrible back pain and had access to a reverse hyper. I use my reverse hyper at least once per day, normally several times per day for a couple sets each time. My current focus is on the stretch and the focus of the exercise to open everything up and stretch everything out as it tightens up through my day. I shot this video after midnight one night so you'll have to crank up the volume a bit to hear me but there are a few gems in here therapy wise on how to make the Rev Hyper work for you!
