Sit on a bench with your feet out wide. Set forward while keeping your back flat. Keep your hands shoulder width apart. When you raise your hands over head, initiate the movement by pulling your shoulder blades down you back and keep them there on the concentric. When lowering the weight, keep a controlled speed and let your should blades elevate. 2-5 x 15-30
