Set the monolift to your appropriat squatting height and use the elitefts ez spotter straps. You can add some length if you need with an extra carabiner. These don’t have to be 100% at parallel. You can be an inch or so above and still get a great training effect from them. Typically these would be done with only a belt or no belt. I have on @spudincstraps gateway briefs bc I’m a mess right now
