I had such a good time Hang Cleaning that I decided to do them on their own. I also decided to go as heavy as I could without holding my breath/straining. With 165 I found myself doing just that. Not really straining, because it's only 165. But, I caught myself holding my breath through the pull. It probably isn't even close to the type of strain the doctors are talking about, but if I allow myself this leeway, I will abuse it. The goal now, like my other main lifts, is to try to increase my numbers without holding my breath. So, I have a new lift to work on this summer.
