You must beat last weeks number that you did for FIVE. Cut the new weight in half and do FOUR sets of 10 reps   RDL: 4x10 @the same wt you used for the 10 rep dead lift   Back Extension: 4x10 Air Dyne Bike: 16 minutes Warm Up Sprint: 10x10 yards Sprint: 10x50 yards @90%
