You are never too old to be more jacked or strong.   Always put your squat shoes on before your squat briefs BUT knee sleeves before shoes.   If you have BO - stay home from the gym or don’t feel bad if someone turds in your bag.   If you think other people care about your lifts your mistaken, and IF they do care about them more than you, your not as serious as you think you are.

Don’t tell someone over 50 years old - how you are worth 80k a year as an assistant because your reliable, responsible, accountable, and independent when you are almost 30 years old and have never lived away from your childhood home.   Sometimes you miss your lockout on the bench because it moves so good you forget to keep pushing. Never stop pushing hard! If you want a “cut” of the company go into sales and work for commission only. If your sales and marketing are that good you will make a ton more. You could also take a “cut” and not get paid on the bad months that require twice the work hours.   Once you pass your knees on a deadlift stop thinking about arching to lock out.Drive your ass to the bar!
