Everything has been feeling super heavy these days and it sucks pretty bad. Hopefully this doesn't last much longer. I think my CNS is trying to adjust since I have been squatting lately. I don't know exactly, but I do know this has to stop soon. Other than 135 pounds feeling like 315 - I feel great. Knee is doing well and shoulders are getting better. Onto whatever the heck I did over the weekend...

Box squat - felt like the box had super glue on it, so you can imagine how slow I was....WEAK!

  • 135 x 4 x 8
Tricep pushdowns
  • 90 x 4 x 10
Seated machine abs
  • 4 sets
20 minutes interval cardio

Tuesday

45 minutes interval cardio

Wednesday

Shoulder is bothering a little from the inclines Sunday...so I played it smart and went extra light. Flat bench DB

That was exhausting! Now I know why everything feels heavy, I overtrain...
