The first couple of sets felt heavy and slow. Set 3 was better. Set 4 with the belt felt good. And set 5 with the wraps was cake, which it should have been. No tweaks. No pain. Just some soreness.

Sumo pulls 315x2 405x2 505x5x3 sets

I started to feel like my hamstring was getting weak, so I cut these after the third set instead of pushing for the planned five.

SSB split squats 135x10x3 sets

TKE's 4x25

I'm still having some patella tendon pain, so I'll keep hammering away at the tissue diffusion (ex wife) and TKE's.
