I'm starting 5/3/1 for my squats. I did my fives last week and on to 3's this week. I did a DL only in March and haven't squatted with a straight bar since before training for that. I am regretting that now, because I've been doing terrible squatting since. I feel like after today i'm starting to feel a little more comfortable.

My meet PR is 675 and I barely missed 700 on depth. But I based my training max off of 625 bc I suck right now. Squats - warmed up to first working set Hit all my sets for 3 - nothing to brag about, but I finally started to feel a little more comfortable under the bar. I am FAR from where I should be right now, and that is far from where I want to be. Sooner than later I need to pick out a meet and start training for it.
