As mentioned before, my goal for my last set of 5 on my work sets is to hit at least 8-10 reps. This will give me a feeling of where I'm at the next go around. My deadlifts felt pretty good, on my last set I started losing my grip in my left hand so I only got 8...which sucked. I was huffin' and puffin' for a good 15 minutes after that set. My OHP has been feeling awesome and I've sincerely been enjoying implementing this lift back into my training.

Deadlift Day

A. Deadlift Stiff leg with bar x 20 135x10 225x8 315x5 390x5 450x5 510x8

B. Lying Leg Curls 6x6 continuous sets until are six are complete

I had issues this morning before training where my school decided to drop me from all my classes. So I had to go up there and sort everything out which cut into my training time. Still got done what I needed to.

OHP Day

A. OHP Band Pull Aparts x 20 x 2 Sets Bar weight x 15 135x8 155x5 180x5 200x10

B. Weighted Pull Ups (Wide grip) 55lbs x 8 x 3 Sets Body weight x 15 for a drop set

C. Weighted Dips 80lbs x 12 x 2 sets 80lbs x 5 x 2 sets

D. Circuit of Cable Lateral Raise, Banded Front Raises and Machine Rear Delts 3x15, 3x25, 3x15

I was originally going to do another back exercise put it was still pretty sore from pulling the day before. Stuck with the pull ups and that was honestly plenty.
