This is the first time in a while I've pulled anything remotely heavy without bands. I had a great week of training and figured I'd see where my deadlift is at. Typically, my deadlift in the gym, especially by myself, sucks compared to what I do in a meet environment.
I warmed up with some mobility, abs and pullups for 10-15 minutes before I started.
Deadlift: 135x2 225x2 315x2 405x1 495x1 545x1 585x1 635x1 700 x 1
I felt pretty good and was happy with the way it moved, considering it was at the end of a long day and it was hot as could be in the gym.
