After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

On this Saturday, I just wasn't really feeling like training. I still jumped in with some of the training partners, but I kept things super conservative. My stress and schedule lately has been out of this world, and most days it seems like it's challenging to even want to get to train. I always have a passion for training, but currently, I just have so much life stuff going on that something has to give, and right now I'm willing to let training slide a bit more than normal. I did opt to squat with the SSB, very lightly, just so that I know that I did something productive. Oh well.
