I can't believe it's only been a week since I posted. It feels like I haven't been on here in a month!

Over the last week I squatted a bunch. Didn't deadlift. Missed a day because I was stressing out hard because of work. Cleared my head about the stress. Got the ball rolling on a podcast idea that my long time inspiration Paul V came up with. More details about this when they are available!

Yesterday I had an ok day as I forgot my gym bag at home and squatted in my everyday shoes. I hit 545 on the Cambered bar and stopped there as that was sketchy enough. I also hit a 225 CB military which made me happy.

Wednesday May 27th

CB Front squats bar x 5 95 x 3 135 x 3 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1 315 x 1 335 x 1 365 x 1 405 x 1 ****Huge PR and a goal that I have had in the back of my mind for a while!

To save set up time, I have switched CB bench with shoulder saver. We already have the CB out might as well keep using it.

After clearing my head of the fog caused by the stress at work, focusing on my training seems simple this week. I hope this continues!

Overall I am loving the SquatEveryDay challenge of pushing the intensity everyday. I'm not sure how sustainable it will be if I continue at this pace. I have bad knees and have since I was a kid. I don't want to think about that right now as everything is going up!!!
