Last week I was feeling much better, and even got the thumbs up from my chiro to return to training. I did some very light deadlifts on Saturday, and felt fine during, and even hours after. It was about 6 hours after that I felt my back tighten up, then was completely unable to walk for all of Sunday. Looks like I'll be taking a little more time off, and will continue to work on mastering the feet up bench.
