Bench day

Tonight was supposed to be another deload night. But like Tuesday I so chose to go for a heavy single. I wanted to move some weight tonight. Up until now I have only gone up to 435 for a triple with a close grip.

Bench comp grip

135 for 3 sets of 5 225 for 3 315 for 3 405 for 1 500 for 2 520 for 1 530 for miss

I planned to do 500 for a single but it went well so I double it. 520 went ok too so I went to 530. 530 didn't go far lol.

I did three sets of tricep ext with 135 for 8 in between these sets.
