I was supposed to do some partial range of motion benching again, but I forgot my noodle so I had to substitute my cheating with a slanger.
Bench 4 sets of 410x2 in slanger
Spoto press 4 sets of 4 with 280 *I am a very slow lifter, but that means I am a grind lifter. My 50% moves the same speed as 95%. I am hoping that adding these, and pause squats, and pause deads will help me with my speed to go with my grind
