I worked up to a few heavy triples then tossed on an old warn out slingshot for a little overload work. I have been using bands and the shoulder saver to do some overload work the past couple months and I think it has really helped my nervous system get used to holding bigger weights. I plan to rotate some slingshot work in for the next couple months.

Sling Shot on - 3 board press 405x1 445x1 475x1 500x1
the last few felt really, really heavy in my hands and I will admit my confidence was not there. On the way up, they were all relatively easy though. In 3 weeks I will shoot for a PR.
