Bench has been going great so I figured I'd see where I was with and test my 2rm.
Bench press: barx10 135x10 225x5 275x2 315x2 365x2 385x2 405x2 415x2
The 415 was a grind, but a 2rm PR.
Accessory work: Seated Cable Row 3x20 Neutral Grip Pullup 3x20 Shrugs 3x20
I was pressed for time after taking my time benching, so I did these 3 rounds of 3 exercises in a circuit and stayed light, so it only took about 10-12 minutes.
