Last week I worked up to a heavy triple on box squat vs doubled over elitefts light bands on the buffalo bar.
This week I used the exact same setup but added a doubled over mini band to the light band.

I'm not a good box squatter, so I really like this set up with a pretty decent amount of band tension at the top. I have felt really good with this movement. I haven't decided yet, but I'm thinking of the same set up and doing doubles next week and a single the following.
