Speed Lower @ HB

I have missed doing speed work with accommodating resistance so I loved my training today and completed all of today's training as planned. Now the question is how sore will I be as I pile up the reintroduction of what are, for me, more general strengthening exercises and try to get back to my 4 days/week training frequency.

Chain SS Yoke Bar Box Squats (2 sets of chains)

2x8x85+chains

4x175

6x2x215

2x265

2x285

2x305

2x325

All sets were RAW and explosive to the point where I was launching the bar up off my shoulders at lockout, even on my heaviest sets. This tells me I need more weight, more chains, or both. I'll try more chains first next time I do this in 2 weeks.

RDLs

10x45

8x135

6x225

8x315

2x8x365

Also RAW DAWG. I don't even know who I am right now.

KB Bulgarian Split Squats/SS Yoke Bar Calf Raises

10eax32kg/25x245

10eax36kg/25x245

10eax36kg/20x245

Airbike Tabata

I'd like to quote my high school strength coach, Skip Johns, and say this was, "not bad, not bad at all," but that would be a damn lie. At least I can say it has definitely been worse.
