First cardio is good for everyone.

Second yes its boring but great for stress relief.

3rd when we lift heavy weights we create a big "annulling" push other wise a height a blood pressure that cardio combats to make a stronger heart and prevents high blood pressure.

Just do it!

Abs : 30 crunches/10 hanging leg raises 4 rounds
