Seth and I headed out to OBB today for our usual Saturday morning trip. We always share a bench at OBB, and we were both doing chain work. I didn't feel like I was getting much out of the chains at his height, so we added a third chain for my top set.

Bench Barx10 95x8 135x5 165x4 ONE BOARD 185x4 - one chain 185x4 - two chain 185x4 - three chain

Floor press The gym was pretty crazy, no racks were open. I opted for dumbbell floor press, which felt pretty damn good today. 40x10 60x8 70x7 80x6

Shoulder press 30x15x2 35x15 One of the 30's disappeared before my last set and someone called me a pussy for not using the 35's... they were right, it was easy.

JM press My first time doing JMs almost right, and they actually felt good, imagine that! Barx10 55x10 75x10 95x8 125x8 Seth says they were 'easy', and I actually felt like I got in the groove with them. NEATO
