*8 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Today's training was the first of a 4-week speed phase before my meet. This first week was really light, to get my speed going again after a slow few weeks. I also really focused on moving quickly between sets and movements, and completed all my squats and deadlifts in less than 20 mins (the way I should normally be doing dynamic effort work). Overall a good day, and while the training was exhausting, I feel a lot less burnt out than I have the past few weeks after today.

Notes for Improvement: Stay tight on box for squat, Get lats tight enough before starting the pull on deadlifts.
