I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 IPA Grand Prix Nationals at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on October 24th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

I only managed to get in two days of conditioning work this week. On Wednesday I traveled to Purdue for their barbell callout, so my usual evening of getting some extra work in fell short. I did walk a bit on campus, so I guess that did probably make up for it, but there was no true work done. Grip is steadily looking better and I'm just in general feeling better. I plan to enjoy some good foods over the weekend that I know I'll miss, and then it's time to crank down on the nutrition a bit more and slowly start to peal some weight off. Time to start really monitoring everything to a "T" starting after the weekend's training.

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2015 None for the day

Friday, September 4th, 2015 30 min steady state on elliptical, average HR @ 116 bpm
